Banana Bread

Try this banana bread recipe made with real bananas! Easy to make and a great morning or afternoon snack!

120 grams of Butter
150 grams of Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Bananas
180 grams of Flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Vanilla (optional)

Take a soft butter and beat it with sugar and salt.( Beat eggs with butter until the mixture is light and fluffy)

Add eggs and and beat until smooth. Add a vanilla.

Cut bananas with a blender or mash with a fork.( I recommend using more ripe bananas, which are already beginning to darken, they are sweeter and will give more flavor to the bread)

Add sifted flour with baking soda. Mix until homogeneous.

Put the dough in a baking dish, the form is laid with baking paper.

Bake 180C\350F\4 gas mark about 55 min.
