Originally from Mexico, Taco is a unique form of dish with a complete package of healthy nutrients. It, mainly, is small corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling, which could be beef, meat, chicken, fish, veggies and even cheese. Different fillings gives taco variety of flavors. Salsa, guacamole or sour cream, and vegetables, such as lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and chilies can be used for garnishing.
Tacos could be hard or soft shelled and can be served in breakfast. Hard shell tacos become the part of cuisines in United States. It is called as hard because of its crispy tortilla. Tortilla is fried and filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, lettuce, and sometimes tomato, onion, salsa, sour cream, and avocado. Soft Tacos are made with corn and wheat flour tortillas by grilling or steaming and filled with same ingredients. For breakfast, soft corn or wheat flour tortilla is filled with meat, eggs, or cheese, and can also contain other ingredients, sometimes served with half fry eggs.

Tacos de pescado (fish tacos)
Fish tacos are a delicious classic Mexican dish, originally belong to Baja California. Fried fish is used as filling, while it can be served with white sauce made of sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, garlic and lime. Fish tacos are commonly eaten with corn tortillas but you can also use flour tortillas.
Tacos sudados (sweaty tacos)
Commonly known as Tacos de Canasta and tacos al vapor (steamed tacos), a traditional Mexican street food that originated in the streets of Tlaxcala. Uniqueness of these Tacos is that they have to steamed in a whicker basket lined with parchment paper and plastic for at least one hour before enjoying.

Tacos Al Pastor
Similar to shawarma and Doner kebab of turkey, Tacos Al pastor is developed in central Mexico. Meat is thinly sliced and cooked. Small tortilla is filled with meat and garnished with finely chopped onions, cilantro and sometimes with pineapple. Lemon, lime juice or hot salsa can be used as topping. Amazingly, this meat is not only used in tacos but also in gringnas, alambres and pizza.
